Vibrating Feeder WorkingPrinciple:
GZD series vibrating feeder is vibrated by a pair of the samemotors. When the two motors do reverse operation at the sameangular speed, the inertia force generated by eccentric blockoverlap or offset at a specific phase so as to generate powerfulvibrating force. The springs support the tank to make forcedvibration and drive the materials to do sliding and throwingmotion, so that the material constantly move forward to achieve thepurpose of feeding. Materials smaller than the gap of rods falldirectly through the gap when they pass the bars of the discharge;materials larger than the gap of bars move forward and then fallinto the next procedure, playing the role of pre-screening.
